Considered by many who understand the importance of the playing / social balance to be "the best hockey club in the East Midlands"
Latest Developments:
Dug-outs are now installed at pitch side as at September 2008 and have been well appreciated by Club members and visitors alike. The new spectator area also keeps the pitch side free and stops the umpires clattering into kit or watchers.Contributions to the dug-outs came from East Midlands Community Fund and WBMHC 200 Club

Successful negotiations have concluded with the School regarding a refurbishment, lengthways extension and surface carpet upgrade to sand-dressed. Works commenced in April 2009 and finished on time and to budget in mid July in time for the start of new season. Funding has come from the School, Hockey Club Buy a Square fundraising, National Hockey Foundation and Rushcliffe Borough Council. Many thanks to all. Its 'our' pitch, lets look after it by clearing up after matches and not taking mud onto the pitch

As Rushcliffe pitch is getting unsafe and into dis-repair, the Club has decided to move other Saturday afternoon games to the new pitch at the Beckett School from October 2009

Any questions, ideas or suggestions for other improvements to either pitches or Clubhouse, please contact Martin Ebsworth or myself.
