I guess I was hoping that they would go away - but clearly they haven't and there is some confusion - so here is a definitive guide to passing to yourself and hits within the 23m area and long corners. view here. And a video here (thanks Dan). Please note that you can also pass to a member of your own team if the opportunity arises!
Ladies Training: 3s and 4s on Wed 7.00 to 8.30pm now at School and 1s and 2s Thurs 6.00 to 7.30pm at the School
Men's Training Mon 7.30 - 9.20. at School. Restarts 4 Jan 2010.
Junior Boys and Girls - Sundays from 9.30 to 11.00. Cost is £1.50 per session and it is open to ages 7 -15. Training re-starts 3 Jan 2010 AT NEW SCHOOL PITCH. Plus..Wednesdays from 6-7.30pm at the school open to 10 years plus girls.
